In classical physics (including a classical computer) there is no randomness. Everything is sensitive dependent on initial conditions. If you could measure everything with absolute precision, randomness would disappear. It it pseudorandom, if you will. So is the simulator.

At the level of quantum mechanics, there is true randomness.
